"Ξύπνησαν" μνήμες στις δικαστικές αίθουσες του Μεγάρου Ρεθύμνου, από την εφιαλτική 4η Ιουνίου του 2006, όταν ο θάνατος είχε στήσει...καρτέρι στον οδηγό νταλίκας που συγκρούστηκε με λεωφορείο της Creta Farm όπου άλλοι τρεις εργαζόμενοι της εταιρείας άφησαν την τελευταία τους πνονή!
Την Παρασκευή, έγινε η δίκη και ο οδηγός του λεωφορείου της εταιρείας κρίθηκε ένοχος ενώ του επιβλήθηκε ποινή φυλάκισης κατά συγχώνευση 15 ετών, κι ενώ ουσιαστικά η ποινή ήταν 4 χρόνια για κάθε έναν νεκρό.
Ο Εμμανουήλ Ροκανάκης αφέθηκε ελεύθερος με εγγύηση μέχρι το θέμα να έρθει στο Εφετείο ενώ αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι και πέρυσι που έγινε η δίκη- στο αστικό κομμάτι της-στο Εφετείο, είχε κριθει και πάλι υπεύθυνος για την τραγωδία.
Για δικαίωση της πλευράς του νεκρού οδηγού της νταλίκας και όλων των θυμάτων του πολύνεκρου τροχαίου έκανε λόγο με δηλώσεις του στο Cretalive ο δικηγόρος της οικογένειας ου νεκρού οδηγού, κ. Γ. Μαρταβατζής
